Blake J. Zawadzki is a 2008 graduate of Kean University majoring in Media & Film with concentrations in Film & Psychology. Blake is a three time student award winning director and was nominated for a fourth time in early 2008 from various film festivals. He was a post-production intern for the 2008 documentary film titled 'The Youngest Candidate' which was directed by Jason Pollock and produced by Worldwide Pants Inc and Lawrence Bender Productions. The film debuted on the Documentary Channel in 2010. Blake also interned for the company Plus Media and he has done some acting roles on various productions in New York City including "Law & Order: SVU", "Kings", and the independent film, 'Handsome Harry'. He has also worked closely with director/producer Ken Kushner and writer/actor James Crafford on the independent drama, 'Chepachet'. Aside working as a freelancer, Blake is also active as a director/producer and co-runs the independent production company, Dark Light Media & Entertainment. He has worked on many independent productions including 'Mesada' (2012), 'Red Scare' (2011), 'The Definitive Point' (2011), and the award winning independent film, 'The Animal I've Become' (2010). 'The Animal I've Become' (2010), starring Dan Gregory and Anthony Bariese, won the award "Best Action Feature, USA" at the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival.
