My dream is to be a filmmaker. I have many dreams within the field I'd love to accomplish. I would love to travel on a tour with a band & be a band videographer, I think that would be a lot of fun. I'd also love to start my own production company that doesn't just focus on movies, music videos, promos, ads, etc. but also on supporting the dance industry being I am a huge supporter of dancers. As of now am pursuing freelance work. I also would love to try acting, I took two classes in college & had a blast. I am planning on pursuing breakdancing classes.
Here's the short version about how I got into film. During college, my favorite dance crew The Beat Freaks appeared on Season 3 of America’s Best Dance Crew. Every week I would edit a video to help promote them and post it up on YouTube. This is when it really hit me that film was becoming more of a passion than just a hobby. Throughout the show, I was becoming even more inspired, especially when The Beat Freaks delivered their message “Freak The Dream.” Basically this means to follow your passion, whatever that may be. If it wasn’t for them, I would of never had the guts to live in LA without my family and study film at Musician’s Institute. I can’t thank them enough for inspiring me and I will forever be supportive of everything they do. Right now I’m searching for a job in the field as well as working on my production company.
