  Jayson Simba
wrote and directed the dramatic feature film WHAT MATTERS MOST where he played
the role of Michael, a young writer in a deteriorating relationship. Audiences
might also recognize Jayson as the Obsessive Compulsive Phil Freeman in the
comedy DON’T SHOOT THE PHARAMACIST where he costarred alongside Ben Bailey of
televisions CASH CAB.
Jayson
Attended LaGuardia H.S. of Performing Arts with well known alumni Adrien Brody
and Adrian Grenier. Following graduation, he continued to study at New York’s
The Acting Studio Inc. with renowned artistic director James Price, where he
concentrated on the Meisner technique of acting for three years. After
appearing in showcases of All My Sons by Arthur Miller and A Loss of Roses by
William Inge, Jayson took scene study with Oscar nominated director Susan
Seidelman at NYU in New York City.
Jayson is an extreme sports enthusiast with training in high fall stunts, trapeze, hand gliding and skydiving. He is also NRA certified to handle most firearms.
