Lynn McCune has a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Mount Holyoke College, where she performed in 19 plays on the main stage and at the Mount Holyoke College Summer Theatre. Lynn McCune has a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Mount Holyoke College, where she performed in 19 plays on the main stage and at the Mount Holyoke College Summer Theatre. Her on-camera experience extends from industrial videos, to a dramatic re-enactment in The Discovery Channel’s 'A Haunting,' and a very silly scene in the John Waters film, 'A Dirty Shame,' dappled with various indie film roles. Lynn also had the dubious honor of singing to Strom Thurmond on the occasion of his 100th Birthday, immortalized in a 'Moment of Zen' on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. She is determined that this will NOT be her 15 minutes of fame. Lynn has been described as “perfectly delightful…half Sally Field, 'Flying Nun'-era, half Sally Field, 'Norma Rae'-era,” and only recently discovered that the reason she is occasionally cast as a beotch is because she’s so darn nice that directors trust her to make the character palatable, and yeah, to not be a beotch off camera. Lynn is also an accomplished Big Band vocalist, currently singing with The Stan Rubin Orchestra at private events, and at Swing 46 Jazz and Supper Club every Wednesday night.
